Guarantee Policy
To provide our finest function for you, a guarantee of the number of guests in attendance must be received two working days prior to the event. The final invoice will be for the guaranteed number of guests.
Corkage Fee and Cake Cutting Charge
Acqua Pazza offers an extensive wine list but also appreciates the fact that some guests may prefer to supply their own wine during lunch or dinner. A corkage fee of $15 per bottle will be applied.
Guests celebrating an occasion that requires a cake may bring their own. We will provide a plate with the appropriate dressings and ice cream for a cake cutting fee of $2 per person.
Deposit Policy
We require a credit card number with your confirmed reservation and reserve the right to charge a 25% deposit, if needed, to cover any rental or equipment costs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received one week prior to the event, or you will be subject to losing your deposit or being charged a $250 cancellation fee.
Decorations
We will be happy to assist you with floral needs or any decorations that your event may require. Any outside services or rental contracts will be billed to you directly.
Audio / Visual Equipment
Any special projection, lighting, or sound equipment for your event is available from several local rental companies, and we will be pleased to assist you in the planning.
Equipment and Supplies
For any functions held off site, Acqua Pazza will provide the equipment necessary to the catering function -- such as glassware, silverware, dishware, linen, kitchen equipment, and any miscellaneous items required -- at $6 per person from its own stock. All other rental prices will be submitted in writing for approval.
Staffing
The size and type of the catering function will determine the amount of staff needed to provide the best possible service. A full estimate of staff and cost will be submitted in writing for approval.
Tax and Gratuity
All in house prices shown are subject to customary 20% gratuity as well as the applicable 7.75% sales tax.
Payment
Payment of all services is to be made immediately following the function. Any deposits received will be deducted accordingly.
